AN EXCLUSIVE CONCEPT
The Iberian Peninsula is a well-established holiday destination, attracting millions of people not only in the summer season. The same inspiration was the basis of the vision of the owners of this apartment, who wanted to bring the Iberian atmosphere to their own Black Sea retreat.
An essential principle of the design was to keep the furniture minimalist, so that the space could breathe and develop as an open framework, able to adapt over time and allow each user to make their own mark.

ARCHITECTURE AND MATERIALS
The entire apartment is designed as a space defined by fluidity and continuity, achieved by the beige ceramic floor, present in all rooms, and by the concrete ceiling apparently painted in shades of blue, found in the living room and bedrooms.
This homogeneity is subtly individualized in each area through carefully selected details and finishes, which we have symbolically defined as “Iberian spices” — accents that give identity and character to each space.
